About CARRii
The Centre for Applied Respiratory Research Impact and Innovation is a collaborative research community led by Professor Chris Griffiths, Professor Sir Aziz Sheikh, and Monica Fletcher.
Who should attend?
Researchers or clinician at any career stage with an interest in understanding and reducing respiratory risks and infections and seeking cross disciplinary collaborations.
We welcome expertise from: •behavioural and social science • health economics • policy • industry • public health • microbiology • computer science • data science • environmental sciences
Why attend?
The aim of this workshop is to build collaborative partnerships to share ideas, shape research proposals and seek funding for them.
What to expect
- Speed introductions to share interests and expertise
- Breakout groups based on shared research interests
- Whole group discussion to identify and support promising collaborations to take forward as grant proposals
