Bristol Health Partners brings organisations together to improve health and care in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
If you work or volunteer in health and care – in research, the NHS system, local authorities or in communities – come along to our annual Conference to find out about the unique impact we make and how working with us can improve what you do.
Following lunch, we will be digging deeper into work that our Health Integration Teams (HITs) have been involved with, celebrating the wins and exploring the challenges of delivering meaningful, fair and evidence-based change across our system.
Whether you’re new to Bristol Health Partners or involved in our work already, in our dedicated Networking session you can find out about what our different HITs do, find out areas of common interest and make connections.
We are delighted to be welcoming delegates to St Michael’s Centre, which is just a few minutes’ walk from Bristol Parkway train station. It’s a community venue which funds outreach and anti-poverty projects locally, nationally and internationally, and provides a meeting place in the community’s heart.
